The Singleton of Glen Ord
The Singleton`s brand new home at Glen Ord Distillery, near Muir of Ord. With a transformed visitor centre and shop, new tasting areas and luxury bar space. The new venue will showcase local producers of food and drink in a fantastic distillery experience.
Alness Academy
Construction has been completed on Phase 1 of the £34 million replacement for Alness Academy on behalf of the Highland Council with Kier Construction as the main contractors.
The new school can cater for 660-pupils and has community facilities including a six-lane swimming pool, a games hall, gym, and two floodlit 3G pitches.
Linkwood Primary School
Works began on the new Linkwood primary school in Elgin for the Moray Council in March 2020 with the building achieving practical completion on 8th December 2020. The main contractor was Balfour Beatty and the principal designers were JM Architects.
It can cater for up to 476 pupils, including Additional Support Needs provision for up to 12 pupils. There is also space for 40 nursery pupils and 53 staff.
Aviemore & Skye Health facilities
We are currently working with Balfour Beatty to deliver two community hospital facilities in Scotland on behalf of hub North Scotland; Badenoch & Strathspey Community Hospital and Health Care Centre in Aviemore and the Skye, Lochalsh and South West Ross Community Hospital at Broadford on Skye.
